The Pool and Deck

Access to the pool area is through the doors in the Great Room and through the two Master Bedrooms. A security alert system sounds when doors to the pool area are opened. There is also a safety fence between the Lanai dining area and the Pool. Heating for the pool can be arranged for an additional charge. 

The large deck backs on to a conservation area and provides an ideal place to sunbathe or just relax, and on a clear night you can catch some of the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom Theme Park at Walt Disney World. On the deck is a table with seating for 6 and 4 sun loungers. 

Lanai

The undercover lanai contains a dining table with seating for 6, overhead lighting and a fan, and is accessible through both master bedrooms and the family room.  There is also a charcoal barbeque available for use at the side of the house.
